Jumper has 10 engineers responsible for 2D mold drawing design, 3D mold division and machining to workshop. At CNC center, 28 staffs are working for making CNC tool patch and mold checking. Any weak steel problem will be held in the design stage. Pro/E and Master CAM are mainly used. Factory supports all international tooling standards, like DME, Hasco, Rabourdin, etc. Customers can easy to replace the components everywhere.
Otherwise, we also specialized in building molds with cams, slides, lifters, core pull, collapsible core and automatic unscrewing actions. We stock steel P20, H13, S7, 420SS from USA,Germany,Swedenand use standard components from DME, Progressive, HASCO etc. Every year we produce about 400 molds using DME, INCOE, Mold Master, HUSKY, Mastip, Synventive and YUDO systems.
CAE, CAD and CAM systems of JUMPER
CAE JUMPER is using MOLDFLOW software to simulate the resin flow in cavity, MOLDFLOW offers our mold designers with the best reference solution and greatly reduces the injection cycle time.
CAD JUMPER is using Pro-Engineer, Solidworks, Unigrahics and AutoCAD for product design and mold design. The assembly drawing is generated from defining parameters for standard components of mold base, insert parts, slides. The design is completed in a 3D environment and the drawings can be generated in 2D format.
CAM The Unigrahics software is extended into the CAM process. Data consistency is guaranteed by using the data from the CAD file for the CAM job of NC programming.
