Quality Control

  To ensure a good quality control, QC department of JUMPER monitors all mold machining processes from IQC to mold shipment. We have a series of high precision inspection equipments. After mold trial, factory will offer samples with inspection report and injection process parameter to customers. Otherwise, all tooling will have a file with hard copy information; soft copy will save in the server as backup. Then, after tooling finished over 1 million shots, it’s easier to send customers the new inserts. 

For each project,we are followwing the necessary procedure:

◆ Electrodes measuring

◆ Workpiece measuring by process

◆ Pre-Assembly checking

◆ Inspect sample

◆ Mould function checking by testing

◆ Mould physical checking

◆ Shipment checking
